Hi Catherine,

I've done some research for you and this is what I've
come up with.

There aren't any direct, non-chartered flights from
any of the London airports to Ajaccio on Corsica.

There are however direct flights to Ajaccio [AJA] on
Air France from Paris Orly [ORY], Marseille [MRS] and
Nice [NCE].

So basically what you will need is a low cost airline
(or a good deal on Air France, BA, bmi etc.)to fly you
to Paris, Marseille or Nice and then enough transfer
time to catch an Air France flight on to Ajaccio.

Just for good measure I also checked with four of the
larger charter operators... no-one is running direct
flights to Corsica from the UK.

If you get back to me with possible dates of when you
want to fly out and return and indicate how flexible
you are, I'll see if I can come up with something
better than the High Street travel agents.

Talk to you soon.
